After your team qualifies, contact one of the local hotels from the attached list.  Make sure to provide the hotel with your team name, qualifying tournament, coach’s name and telephone number, contact person (if different from your coach) and telephone number, and number of rooms your team will need.  Please note:  You must inform the hotel that you are participating in the ASA 18-U National Tournament, and are booking from the block of rooms reserved for the tournament.
